Jumping off the table of exemplary Dept of Santa Barbara de Honduras coffees, this little lot of washed Pacas variety coffee is grown by Juan Carlos Moreno. A young grower with big ambitions, Juan Carlos' farm abuts the award winning Las Nieves and Las Nubes farms, and is processed by his cousin Milton Castellon of Las Nieves. Ideal terroir and production has culminated in a super clean, light and juicy cup, highlighting the floral, citric and fruit juicy elements of the fabled Pacas variety of Arabica coffee. Definitely a coffee on the rise and something we hope to land again later this year as Central American coffees make their way north. Disfruta!​
