Impact
We don’t talk too much about this. At Bluebeard, we do our best to pay our coffee people -- both here in our Tacoma spaces and where our coffee is grown -- to the best of our ability and budget. And we publish that information annually. You can reach your own conclusions based on the data. Well, maybe two quick take aways from us: a) We continue to be proud of what we pay our people; and b) We can laugh at how much work we put into something that yields relatively little. It is a rich life nonetheless.
