Excited to welcome back to our shelves and store Kolla Bolcha, from Agaro, Ethiopia. A washed coffee of native Ethiopian Landraces coffee from the birthplace off coffee. The Kolla Bolcha, out of all of the washed Agaro coffees we feature, consistently presents the brightest citrus forward balance of the bunch, on the regular. Think kola and sprite, lemon, ginger, butterscotch and jasmine florals, with red fruit and cocoa underpinnings. Just an amazingly quoffable Spring coffee, from a part of the world where we often find (and this has been reiterated by our Source Partners at Red Fox) their finest form 9 months to a year post harvest. And not surprisingly, these coffees store well and taste fantastic 3-6 weeks post roast date -- very high grown, super dense and slow-ripening coffees like these often age well. 

Ideal brew method: Filter, Cold Brew. Experience as espresso if available.
