Instant coffee has a bad rap. And it earned it. But if coffee's Third Wave means anything specific to us, it's the application of measurable science to more and more aspects of coffee growing, processing, roasting, and extraction. And now it's aiming at that old gray relic instant coffee.
Thanks to a propriety process featuring freshly roasted Colombia Finca el Diviso Bluebeard Coffee crystallized by Sudden Coffee, all you need is 8-10 ounces of water and you're ready for adventure.
This is not to say we don't still recommend a well-extracted espresso drink or beautiful filter coffee, but for your outdoors, out-of-town, or just at-the-office moments when you don't have access, we think we're onto something good here.
